Position Description:
  • Each BCBA is responsible for the design and implementation of individualized behavioral treatment programs for clients in their homes, schools, or community. The BCBA is accountable for ensuring that the treatment plan and goals are communicated and progress occurs. Conduct initial and on-going assessments including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS and Vineland. Provide parent training sessions.
    The BCBA supervises and evaluates Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), Registered behavior Technician (RBT) performance and provides feedback to develop programs, training and mentoring ensuring high-quality services are being provided.
Minimum Requirements:
  • BCBA certificate
  • Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
  • Able to work in a variety of environments including home, community and school settings
Preferred Qualifications but Not Required to Apply:
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience as a BCBA

Position Description
  • The RBT provides direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder or other related developmental disabilities, under the guidance of a BCBA. The RBT delivers services in client’s homes or community settings. The RBT will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, collecting data, maintaining clinical notes, attending client-related staffing meetings, and following all procedures in compliance with FABS treatment protocols. Additional program management responsibilities may be assigned by the BCBA.
  • The RBT will be required to manage individuals with behavioral difficulties which may include aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, elopement, or tantrums.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma
  • RBT Certification
  • Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
